How do you spend your breaks?
Even a few minutes of stair climbing counts toward physical activity and can help support energy, focus, and overall health. Next time, skip the elevator and take the stairs when you can. It’s only 4 floors ;)
We know how hard concentration can be when your brain is focussing on multiple things at once. MUSE uses data to track and give recommendations to focus.
If you want to learn to stay focused when your mind is constantly wandering, book a MUSE appointment through our bio.
A stomach bug (cryptosporidium) has been spreading rapidly in the Kingston area. Main sources of contamination include contact with infected feces...SO make sure hands are properly washed!
This means wash hands with soap AND water for 20 seconds, get all parts of your hand!
Remember to:
- Stay home if sick for at least 48 hours until symptoms have stopped.
- Don't go to work, extra-curriculars, or to run unnecessary errands
- Hand sanitizer does not work against cryptosporidium so use soap and water!
Contact a health-care provider if your symptoms are severe or lasts for more than 48 hours.
Stop here for a chat with your friends and some ACTIVE recall. Whether it's exam season or just your regular study day, taking active breaks between studying can do measures for your health and well-being! Take advantage of the campus wellness spaces whenever you can! Visit the break room on Stauffer 4th floor!

Caffeine doesn't add energy — it blocks the signal that says you're tired. When it wears off, everything hits at once.
Our latest blog has the timing tricks, the "caffeine ladder" strategy, and the signs you're overdoing it. Link in bio.
