The Public Banking Project and the French Development Agency (Agence française de développement, AFD) are pleased to announce the inaugural Best Emerging Scholar Research Paper Award on Public Development Banks (PDBs). The Emerging Scholar Award recognizes outstanding peer-reviewed academic publications by PhD and postdoctoral emerging scholars that advance our understanding of the role, impact, and future of PDBs in climate-aligned and socially just development finance.
