We’re excited to close out QCIB 2026 with our Saturday Keynote Speaker, Scott R. McLean. This year’s keynote takes a different approach, a more reflective, motivational-style address focused on leadership, growth, and long-term career perspective.

Scott brings decades of experience working alongside business owners and executive teams, advising on organizational growth, leadership development, and navigating moments of transition. From leading national teams at Invesco Canada to advising organizations on talent and strategy today, his career has been defined by building strong leaders and resilient businesses.

This keynote is designed to be less about frameworks and more about perspective, an opportunity to step back, reflect, and leave the conference with insights that extend beyond the weekend.

We couldn’t think of a better way to close out QCIB 2026.
