Hype Performing Arts Academy believes that dance provides an opportunity to develop rhythm, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, agility, self esteem and confidence. We seek to provide excellence in the balance between a disciplined but fun and creative learning environment for the pre-schooler through to the adult; and the beginner to the advanced student. Hype Performing Arts Academy promotes a family atmosphere and encourages our children to grow and develop bonds of lifelong friendships. Adventure awaits...

A little update for our HYPE Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 Season of dance 💕

I want to thank everyone for their continued love and support for our dance school! HYPE is my very first baby and many of the dance families have seen it grow, and seen ME grow through settling into the area, marriage and 3 children. I have had the pleasure of watching your families and children grow and you have all come to be like a second family to me.

For the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 season, I will be taking a temporary break/late maternity leave to take my family home to Australia. Whilst this has been a very difficult decision for me to step away for one season, I am looking forward to sharing this experience with my family ❤️

Please know I will 100% be back for our Fall 2027 - Spring 2028 season.

Registration for our 2027/2028 season will open in the summer of 2027 when we are back home in Kincardine.

I will miss seeing you and your dancers each week I am away, but look forward to re-opening with new programs and I am very excited for what the future of HYPE has in store for us.

Miss Mikayla and our teaching team hope to still offer some day camps and pop up dance workshops during my time away. Please follow along our social media accounts to keep an eye out for these special dance days!

Thank you for your continued love and support. We can’t wait to finish this season with our 2 weeks of summer camp and some drop in baby & toddler classes over the summer!

Join us this summer for two fun-filled weeks packed with dancing, crafts, games, theme days, and exciting activities your dancers are sure to love. Each week will wrap up with a special mini showcase to celebrate everything the campers have learned and accomplished!
