A challenging site here in Ymir. A small lot with a high water table which required a design partially above grade using a CTDS bed. Job went smoothly working with Woody at Slopeside Excavating.

Type 2 gravity system using Eljen GSF modules designed and built for some nice people near Fairmont Hot Springs, BC.

A large system designed and built to accommodate three 3 bedroom homes in Sparwood, BC. Pressure distributed to a 40m bed with 60cm of septic sand.

Building a system in a rock pile! This was a cost effective type 2 system using 60cm of sand lining a deep seepage bed with pressure distribution pipes inside Infiltrator chambers.

Replacing another old failed system in Gold Creek

Very challenging site conditions on this one with limited space to work with, well setbacks limitations and a high seasonal ground water level at only 45 cms below grade. A type 2 pressurized system using Eljen GSF modules on top of a sand mound was selected for this design to address these limitations. When soils are not suitable, there's a lack of required soil depth, or a seasonal high water table close to grade, systems need to be built above ground in order to properly treat wastewater. These systems are more costly and we try to avoid them if at all possible, but sometimes it's the only option as it was here.

Another one in the ground for some folks in Elko. Favorable soil conditions made a nice simple trickling gravity system possible.
