Our team has been busy harvesting the freshest produce, organizing this week’s shares, and getting everything ready for pickup beginning Thursday, August 20th. 🌿🥕🥬

🌱 Farm-Fresh Highlight of the Week:
This week’s Harvest Share features a delicious selection from our Vertical Farm Hub, including Monte Carlo lettuce, Rex lettuce, in addition to green and purple mustard greens! 🌱💜

These fresh, vibrant greens are grown right here at ClearWater Farm and are a perfect addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and summer meals. We’re excited to share a taste of what we’re growing in our vertical farm with you!
