We're so excited to open registration for another year of circle magic! Join us as we explore all the joys and complexities of being a woman. In our fall circles, we're going to play the question game, explore how to heal your relationship with food, and discuss how to age with grace in a society focused on anti ageing. Later this winter, we're going to peel back the layers on our relationship with money, valuing ourselves and building authentic relationships and more. Included in each circle is an enriching activity/craft/project, chosen with the current topic in mind. If you're looking for a beautiful and unique space to meet yourself with compassion, to heal and to grow, circle is for you.
NEW THIS YEAR: We're hosting an online book club! This space will allow for more exploration of the topics we cover in circle. The focus will be on books that create growth and change, looking at new perspectives and ideas. The book club will be open to anyone, whether or not they attend circle.
First circle is September 27th! Link for more info:

We don't hear a lot about post dates babies other than the fear mongering that accompanies their late arrival. Now that I've had one of my own, I'm genuinely curious.
What have your post dates babies been like?
I've been feeling like I jumped in with a one month old instead of a newborn! Not just his size (cresting 11 lbs at 10 days old!), but his ability to latch and nurse, his periods of alertness, his vision, focus, head control and overall very settled and well adjusted nervous system feel much more like a 4-6 week old.
So I'm wondering, is there something to these "extra cooked" babies?

We've been busy over here in a season of new life and growth! Baby #5 joined our tribe on August 28th at 7:21 a.m. Born into his mama's hands, surrounded by his family and a lot of love, Liam Isaiah tipped the scales at 10 lbs 22 inches. I don't even have the tiniest bit of tearing, blowing my mind yet again with what is possible when you allow birth to unfold untouched.
Waiting on this not so little guy to choose his birth day taught all of us, but especially me, new depths of patience and surrender, trust and truth, and how the love, strength and support of family can carry you through the hardest of days and nights.
Liam means "resolute protector" and Isaiah means "God is my Salvation".
Even when it's hard, birth is worth protecting. Resolutely.
We're soaking in this special time of healing and recovery with so much gratitude for the long-lasting ripples of another healing birth, another life welcomed in power, peace and love.

"This is unlike any gathering of women I’ve ever been a part of.”
“I’ve never experienced anything like this.”
This is what we hear, consistently, from women new to our circle.
So what is circle and why is it so different?
When else do we gather as women with the sole intention of connection?
Of healing.
Of listening.
Where else in life do we have the space to really truly feel?
To be heard?
To go within and find the answers?
Circle is…
A soft landing
A healing space
A journey back to yourself
A gift like no other.
The deadline for registering for both our virtual circle and our in person circle is this Sunday, Sept. 24th at midnight! We still have a few spots available - any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We are so looking forward to circling with you

We are so excited to announce....we've decided to extend our monthly circles to our virtual community!! We know that the magic of circles is still possible even across distance. The process of deepening our understanding of ourselves and the women around us is essential to our wellbeing as women. Each one of us deserves to be seen, heard and validated in our individual lives. Our women’s circle is a place for women to find sisterhood, healing, meaningful connection, intentional reflection and self growth.
Our in person circles also resume on Sept 29th. Link in bio for more info!

Birth is like a huge mirror into our core beliefs, illuminating us inside and out.
The choices you make around birth, are reflective of the life you are choosing for your family and child.
And sometimes, the reflection is a painful one. Showing pieces of ourselves we thought long gone, or areas we thought were healed that hurt all over again.
It's a guide, if you want it to be. Of how to refine and discover a new way of living, to start making the changes so that your life reflects your inner authenticity in its most unique and pure expression.
So how does that look for me?
I birth how I live. I live fiercely true to myself and what matters most to my heart. Living rurally under the prairie sky, growing our own food, raising barefoot wild children, giving our children early independence and freedom for expression and exploration. Teaching responsibility through the daily practices of living. Living in union with the land, with God. Working hard, through sweat and tears to carve out meaningful relationships with my community, with my garden, with my family and with myself.
Is it messy? Yes. Am I always confident I'm doing it right? Haaa. Nope.
But I want to live my life in a real way. Being honest, sharing the deepest expressions of who I am with the people in my life. Even if that looks messy sometimes.
So my parenting also reflects that. It's raw, vulnerable, scary and so so so full of love.
When I'm not sure how to navigate forward, when I think I've messed up beyond repair, my kids always show me the way.
Quick to forgive and clear in what they need, if I'm willing to listen.
Their births reflected that. I listened. I listened to my body, my heart, and my intuition and what they were leading me towards. I made the brave, scary bold choices that led me to birth....
Free.
Under the prairie sky.
In the deepest surrender to all that is sacred and holy.

Christina and I recently returned from a 10 day trip to Germany!
Our close friend had her first baby so we primarily went to provide her with postpartum support and shower her with love.
I also turned 30 while we were gone and wanted this trip to be a big celebration of that milestone. And it was the first time we have ever traveled alone together somewhere!
We had so much fun adventuring and laughing until our sides ached and our smile muscles hurt. It was amazing to spend time together without any of our normal life interruptions.
Our relationship is one of the greatest blessings in my life. My sister knows exactly when to give me the gentle push forward I need, and I feel like I know when to slow her down into the present moment.
This trip was both of those things for us. Her encouragement to be brave and take this trip led me to discover I actually love traveling and could face the stressful unknowns so much better than when I was in my 20's. Christina gained valuable perspective from stepping out of her busy life and slowing down.
I want to bring more content in this space for normalizing what healthy women centered friendships look like and how much they can add to your life!

Hi! We're back!
Sometimes it's necessary to create space and distance from the virtual world. Without much discussion or intention, we both naturally let social media take a break in our lives (both professionally and personally) for awhile now!
I really believe it's so important to recognize when these spaces start draining your energy and dragging you down. I'm a big supporter of stepping back when that happens! (even if the algorithm disagrees 😉)
Feeling ready to share again and let our followers in on more of our lives!
Moving forward!
In the last two years we've been busy! Building a community women's circle, consulting with our birth clients and growing as mothers and individuals.
I'm excited to share some news soon about new offerings as we expand our offerings to women beyond birth and postpartum.
It's been a good break, ready to be back and sharing our words of truth in these squares again!
~Sarah~
