Valley Cheer and Gymnastics

Safe, supportive, and focused on building confidence.

Valley Cheer and Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, ninja, summer camps, and pre-competitive/competitive programs for children and youth in the Annapolis Valley. At Valley Cheer and Gymnastics, we’re passionate about helping kids build strength, confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement. Officially, Valley Power Tumbling and Gymnastics Association, our club offers recreational, pre-competitive, and competitive gymnastics programming, along with cheerleading programs for athletes in the Annapolis Valley. Our certified coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where kids can learn foundational skills, build confidence, develop physical literacy, and grow through structured programming that meets them where they are. Whether your child is trying gymnastics or cheer for the first time, building their tumbling skills, or ready for a more competitive pathway, we’re here to support their journey.
