Baby Ellie came to visit our Gr. 1/2 class for the first time and we were very excited to meet her. She is 5 months old today! We learned of some things she can do- drink, sleep, cry and smile and some things she has not yet learned to do - roll over, crawl and talk. We are already asking when she comes back again!

Our Grade 2/3 students are excited to be participating in BugQuest this year, a community science project that helps researchers learn more about biodiversity by collecting insect samples. Students will have opportunities to make observations, ask questions, and contribute to real-world scientific research. If you are visiting the school, you will notice a BugQuest tent set up outside during the fall and spring sampling periods. We look forward to sharing our discoveries and learning more about the amazing insects that live in our community!
