This June, we celebrate seven incredible members of the B.A.R.K. family whose dedication, compassion, and commitment have helped make our program what it is today. Together, our graduating volunteers have contributed more than 17 years of service, supporting students, advancing research, and creating meaningful connections through canine-assisted interventions.

We've had an excellent Mental Health Week at Mount Boucherie and Okanagan Mission Secondary schools! Our dogs were thrilled to have so much attention from high school students!

B.A.R.K. program - UBC Giving Day 2026 Support a program that brings therapy dogs and students together to strengthen student wellbeing during one of the most stressful and isolating stages of adult life.  Last year, B.A.R.K.

We unlocked another challenge!!!! Thank you to all the faculty and staff donors!!!!

We have so many individual donors to thank (and we'll get to that), but we also wanted to take a moment to thank some of our local businesses who also stepped up to show their support! These businesses put up generous challenges, made donations, shared our posts on their pages, and visited us at the Giving Day showcase!
