Thank you Kelowna for helping us go out with a bang! Our final day was back-to-back-to-back sold-out classes for the 3-5s, 6-8s and 9-12s. It’s been our greatest honour to host your children and watch them grow in our kitchen. While we’re sad the journey has ended, these kids filled our hearts today. We are so grateful to every family who enrolled their child in a class this year. Enjoy your summer!

We have classes remaining this Saturday and we kindly encourage you to redeem any gift cards or credits before we close. Families who have purchased classes scheduled after the closing date will receive a full refund.

We will continue with all regularly scheduled classes this Saturday and are still taking new enrollment for drop-ins. Your continued engagement with our classes means so very much to us.

Last Week In The Kitchen: The Sweet smell of homemade Teriyaki sauce filled our kitchen and our noses.

These young chefs learned that Cauliflower is a fiber-rich vegetable, but that it’s also a fantastic substitute for rice!

We also chatted about healthy fats in avocado and how garlic is great for our immune system.

Yesterday our Supper Club Class made Teriyaki Cauliflower Bowls, and man was this recipe a hit!

Our students made their very own cauliflower rice, teriyaki sauce and got to refine their knife skills, all while learning about superfoods!
