I know sourdough can feel complicated … but it doesn’t have to 🤍
Here are 3 things that actually matter:
1️⃣ The Process: Learn to read your dough. Pay attention to time, temperature, dough development, and the signs and feel of fermentation. Notice and take notes, so you can go back and audit your results. It is all about progress over perfection.
2️⃣ The Tools: You don’t need fancy kitchen tools. A scale, a bench knife, a jar, and a heavy pot with a lid go a long way.
3️⃣ Your Starter: A healthy starter is the foundation of every great loaf. Take care of it, and it will take care of your bread.
