I'm subbing a Yogilates class this week at Kelowna Yoga Hub !
Thursday, August 13th 5:30 - 6:45 pm.

What is yogilates? It's a combination class of yoga stretches and poses, and the strength and precision exercises of pilates.

You don't need any experience in either type of exercise to join me, but expect to get a little sweaty and feel the burn as we work the whole body. (Don't worry, we'll also save time for savasana at the end.)
