Our kale has been performing fantastically this season!
Truly, incredible…

If all conditions are kept in order from soil health, watering, of course, sunlight and any added nutrients needed, kale a lot like most leafy greens can be the gift that keeps on giving.

Kale is a nutrient-dense leafy green packed with vitamins A, C, and K, calcium, and powerful antioxidants.

More of our ‘ acoustic’ potato’s out of the field and ready to get out into the community. ❤️

We focus our best attention to three of the ‘ heavy hitters’ at the farm. Potatoes, carrots, onions.

With these three being able to be so versatile in the field, in storage, and 1000 recipes thrown at all three of them… Our community can make some incredible meals happen.

Fresh produce picked this morning and headed out to Metis Community Services Society of BC

Tomatoes, lettuce, beets, watermelon, cantaloupe, peppers, cucumbers, and zucchini all off the field and into some incredible hands. 🙌🏼

Our fall crops are coming in nicely.

Setting the stage for the next season within a current season, requires a lot of focus, help from our lovely volunteers, and of course, water and sunlight.
