Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the space between who we’ve been and who we are becoming. I am actually feeling really excited.
For many of us we are facing a season where things no longer fit the same, where something in you knows change is happening,
but clarity hasn’t fully arrived yet either.
I know that space well. It is wild how much I have experienced since moving to Kelowna. I just had a whole new awareness and I want to move forward with other like-minded women.
So, later this month, I’m going to be opening a small 5-week online circle for women called:
The Becoming
This won’t be about pretending to have life figured out or being stressed and venting that we don't!
It will be a space for honest conversation, curiosity, reflection, support, perspective shifts, journaling, and reconnecting with yourself during seasons of change.
Small group.
Weekly gatherings.
Real conversations.
The phrase that keeps coming to me is:
“You’re not stuck. You’re shifting.”
If this speaks to you, send me a message ❤️

I don’t think that it's burnout exactly. I think it's your armor coming up to tell you something about where you are not fully honoring yourself.
Burnout makes it sound like you’ve just been doing too much, but what I see, especially in women who are used to being the strong one, is that you’re not just doing a lot…you’re holding a lot.
You’re holding your kids emotions, your family’s needs and the expectation to keep it together.
After a while, that doesn’t just exhaust you, it disconnects you from yourself and it might keep you in your comfort zone even if it's really uncomfortable.
I want you to know, it's not that you’re failing or that you can’t handle it. It’s that you’ve built armor to survive and not only is the burden getting heavy, it's beginning to impede your growth, your joy and your peace.
By the way, I see how you are holding it altogether, showing up and getting things done! I'm not saying that you are depressed or anxious all day, everyday, but on the other hand are you feeling that you are doing enough? That you are enough?
Maybe the work isn’t to push through it, maybe it is time to really take a look at how that armor is getting in the way, what it looks and feels like and to allow some space to bravely take a step away from it.
~ with love,
Candice

You’re doing everything you’re supposed to be doing… …but something still feels off.
You’re in your head more than you’d like to admit.
Second-guessing decisions.
Feeling the weight of everything you carry, especially if you’re someone others rely on.
And yet… you keep going.
This isn’t burnout exactly, although it may feel that way.
It’s more like disconnection; from yourself, from confidence and clarity. It's like you are disconnected from the part of you that knows what you actually want.
On April 20th, I’m holding a small, in-person space for people who are ready to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving you the space to hear yourself again.
Especially if you’re in a role where you’re constantly supporting others like education, caregiving, leadership… this space is for you too.
✨ You’ll leave with:
– more clarity
– a sense of grounding
– and a renewed connection to what matters most to you
Spots are limited.
If you’ve been feeling this… trust that nudge.

Ever notice how easy it is to get stuck in your head?
We go over what’s not working, what we wish was different, and then we try to figure out what the future is supposed to look like.
Round and round.
Somehow, after all that thinking, we still don’t feel any clearer. In fact, we may feel more confused and doubtful than ever!
Clarity doesn’t come from spinning. It comes from movement.
Sometimes, the shift we're hoping for happens when we step out of our own thoughts and into a space with other people who are also navigating change.
Real conversations.
Honest reflection.
And a reminder that you’re not the only one figuring things out.
That’s what I’m creating.

There is so much going on right now!! It feels chaotic, uncertain, and, at times, downright scary.
The thing is, this turmoil isn't just happening all around us. It's happening within us as well.
Some of us are overwhelmed, and feeling like there's too much of one thing and not enough of another. Once again, we feel that way about ourselves, too, and that can create doubt, confusion, and worry.
I always make time to reflect on all that I have to be grateful for and the good that happened during my day, yet I have to remind myself to trust, let go and surrender to the unknown which is easier said than done sometimes.
If you are at all like me, winning it some days and others days hanging by hope and a prayer, then this workshop is for you!
You can be overwhelmed yet productive and functional at the same time. Sometimes, that's the problem. We don't allow ourselves to drop our guard and have grace for the person who does so much but feels it is never enough.
I'd love to see you on the 20th.
Let's connect, share, and leave feeling renewed.
