At Toshido MMA in Kelowna, we teach our youth members a system that they follow when dealing with Bullies. This system ensures that our kids protect themselves, not only physically, but morally and legally as well.
STEP 1: Use your words. Tell the aggressor to leave you alone.
STEP 2: Grab your stuff and leave the situation.
If the aggressor puts their hands on you in any way:
STEP 3: Use your Martial Arts until they are no longer a threat.
STEP 4: Tell a trusted adult what happened.
