Statement by the International Narcotics Control Board on the entry into force of Bill C-45 legalising cannabis for non-medical purposes in Canada

VIENNA, 17 October (UN Information Service) - On the occasion of the entry into force of Bill C-45 which legalises cannabis for non-medical purposes in Canada, the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) reiterates its regret at the adoption of this measure by the Government of Canada.
The legalisation by Canada of cannabis for non-medical purposes is incompatible with the legal obligations incumbent on States Parties under the international drug control framework and is a violation of fundamental provisions of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 Protocol, according to which State Parties have undertaken to limit the production, manufacture, export, import, distribution of, trade in, use and possession of drugs exclusively to medical and scientific purposes.
INCB maintains that by moving forward with the legalisation of cannabis for non-medical purposes in disregard of its legal obligations and diplomatic commitments, the Government of Canada has contributed to weakening the international legal drug control framework and undermining the rules-based international order.
Speaking on behalf of the Board, President Viroj Sumyai said: "While the Board is concerned about the impact of cannabis legalisation in Canada on the international consensus embodied in the three United Nations drug control conventions and the related commitments made by the international community at the special session of the General Assembly in 2016, it is also deeply concerned about the public health impact of these policy choices on the health and welfare of Canadians, particularly youth."
The Board will remain engaged with the Government of Canada on this serious issue and will examine the matter at its 123 rd session scheduled to take place from 30 October to 16 November 2018.

I’ve been blocked from my own site! I find it amazing how I can’t get at my own site to post something here. I had to find an old “like”, and come in that way! What’s up Facebook? You don’t like my content? Just asking!

Since I’m here now anyway let me tell you about the first day for legal ma*****na. Dawn and I celebrated. Yesterday she led a gal to Jesus and I led a guy to Jesus! I’m asking for 7 people coming to Jesus for every new pot smoker in Canada. It’s called vindication. And it is how God deals with the enemy. When the thief is caught he has to pay back sevenfold. And we saw a good start yesterday!

Day 7 of 7 countdown to October 17
“Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his (satan’s) kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority.”

We have authority to influence the decisions made in the very council chambers of God, the Creator of the universe! We have authority over the spirit world! We are change agents. We have authority in the heavenlies! We are, in fact, the key to changing our nation. Thousands and millions will be changed through us!
“I decree that Canada walks after the Spirit, not after the flesh. I decree that the weapons of our warfare are mighty and today we use them to tear down strongholds in the spirit world. We bind the strongman of bo***ge today, in Jesus’ Name. You shall not have dominion over Canada. I decree and declare that GOD has dominion over Canada. As we proclaim it from our Peace Tower, “He shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river to the ends of the earth!” We thank God that Canada shall not be bound by the bo***ge of ma*****na. We are set free. I decree that it is for freedom that we are set free. Thank you, Father, that we have the Spirit of power, of love, and a sound mind! “Father, I declare that I am an agent of change in this earth. I use my influence to bring Your kingdom and make a difference in the world around me. I will walk boldly in my purpose today and every day, knowing that You have given me authority over the enemy. I decree and declare that nothing will hinder Your plans and purposes. Your Kingdom will come, Your will shall be done, in the Name of Jesus, Amen!”

I Appeal to the Courts of Heaven
I feel that it is time to take Bill C45, which is to be enacted tomorrow, into the courts of heaven.
THE PLAINTIFF (me): “Father as one of Your sons who is seated in the heavenlies and rules and reigns with you, I ask that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven! There is no cheap substitute for You in heaven! There is no robber of joy in heaven. Your desire is for us to be intoxicated with You, not substances. So I ask You to strike this law down! Our statement on the Peace Tower is Psalms 72:8. “He shall have dominion from sea to sea and from the river to the ends of the earth.” So since You are the one who we give dominion to, then I ask that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
THE DEFENDANT (satan) “I know my legal rights. The people of Canada voted and they have chosen to enact this legislation. They have chosen to give me the right to allow recreational ma*****na use throughout the land! It has been duly voted on and accepted! So it cannot be struck down!
THE PLAINTIFF: Father we plead guilty to the charges made by satan today. It is true that we as a nation have chosen this foolish legislation! And on behalf of my nation, I repent! I repent for our apathy, I repent for our selfishness, I repent for not putting our trust and hope in You, I repent for standing against your will.
But I have brought along my advocate, Jesus Christ the Righteous. I now ask that He speak on behalf of my country and countrymen.”
THE ADVOCATE, Jesus: “Father, I speak at the request of the plaintiff, Edwin Warkentin, and I remind the court that back about 2000 years ago, I lived a sinless life on planet earth. My mission was to fulfill every requirement of the Law. I accomplished this and then I took beatings and the stripes of the whip were laid on me. I was brutally wounded and humiliated. And it pleased me to do this for my people! I took all the sin, all the grief, all the sorrow, all the disease, all infirmity, all poverty, all failure, I took it all on my shoulders! And then I was lifted up on a tree and there I took every curse! “Cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree.” Gal. 3:13. I want to say today that recreational use of ma*****na is a curse. It is not a blessing. It is a cheap substitute for reality. It allows them to hide from my voice. It numbs them to reality. It robs them of Joy! It causes brain damage, and, in particular, it puts children highly at risk! I was suspended between heaven and earth to become the bridge from God to man. I shed my blood and died so man would not need to die! I took all their sin and nailed it all to the cross that day. Then I said “It is finished!” I accomplished everything that day!”
THE JUDGE, God the Father: “Jesus, how many sins were paid for at the cross? How many iniquities were paid for? How many wrong and foolish decisions were paid for?”
THE ADVOCATE, Jesus: “Every one, Your Honour! I paid once for all! And I never need to die again!”
PLAINTIFF: “Your Honour, I refer you to the Law Of Double Jeopardy. As You know, one cannot be punished for the same infraction twice. I remind the court and all here in attendance, that Jesus Christ took the curse! So we cannot be cursed again. I therefore appeal to the higher truth! It is true that Canada voted to enact Bill C45. But they were, in fact, violating a higher law. The curse was already paid for! Therefore we cannot be cursed again. Since Bill C45 brings a curse with it, I hereby ask for this curse of Bill C 45 to be removed! We recognize that the choice Canadians made to enact Bill C45 was in fact illegal. We cannot again curse our people with a curse that has been paid for. That curse belongs to Jesus. He paid for it. We ask for a reversal of that choice. It was a freedom that would put us in bo***ge. And You have said in Your word that Your freedom is a freedom that sets one free. You also have said that whatever is not of faith is sin! We recognize that substituting a substance for what we are to trust You for, is not acting in faith. So we recognize this Bill to be sin. We recognize this bill to be a law that puts us in bo***ge! We remind the court that Jesus Christ has already paid for every sin! So allowing this legislation to be enacted is, in fact, double jeopardy! We are seeking to legalize sin. We are seeking to legalize sin and a curse that has already been paid for by Jesus. So we have no right to dig it up and bring it back a second time. We are forgiven, we are set free.
You, God, shall have dominion in our land from sea to sea. We as a nation gave You dominion many years ago. And that agreement cannot be revoked unless You sign off. We know that You have not, and will not sign off! Father, we have given You dominion and as one who rules with You, I ask that this legislation be struck down. We cannot be punished again for what Jesus already paid for! So I ask for a reversal now in the name of my Advocate, Jesus Christ! We appeal to You for Your decision!”

Day 6 of 7 countdown to October 17!
It is time to prophesy. Last night the Lord said to me, “If you’re going to land this thing, you have to stick your neck out.” (this thing being the demise of our country’s recreational ma*****na legislation, Bill C45.) Tomorrow is the day Bill C45 is supposed to become law. But I see a turn around, I see a turn around, I see a turn around!!! Three times I saw a turn around. Then I heard, “This month things are coming to a head!” Brothers and sisters, don’t give up! Things are coming to a head in our nation now!
Charles Finney was invited to a prayer meeting in a season of drought. He was invited to join a prayer meeting for rain. He arrived and was the only one with an umbrella. He prayed for rain and it rained!
I remind you that the Bible tells us, “All scripture is profitable for INSTRUCTION!” Bible stories are NOT nice Sunday school stories. They are there to instruct us in how to live! I want you to consider 3 of the greatest heroes of the Bible. Like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego of old, let us fearlessly say, “No”! to Bill C45; “We are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, (ie the king had declared he would have them thrown into the fiery furnace) our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not (ie. if the king chooses not to throw them in the furnace), be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.”(See Daniel 3 for the whole amazing story! The king had decreed that all people had to bow down to the golden image he had made of himself. Dawn pointed out to me that if we study the phrase “but if not”, from the verse above it actually grammatically refers the words “if it be so” which refers to the king’s decree that he would throw them into the furnace. That is why I put my notes in the brackets. So the above verses would then declare that whether the king chooses to throw us into the furnace or not, be it known that our God can and will deliver us. This is important as it shows the absolute fearlessness of these 3 and their certainty in their God. Miracles usually happen where there is no unbelief.) Like these 3, we stand and say “Our God can and will deliver us!” We fully expect that our God will walk through fire with us. We will see a miracle that will amaze all. And know that God’s miracle was so powerful that a whole nation was changed in a day!
“Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God! Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this.” Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the province of Babylon.” (Daniel 3:28-30 NkJV)
We do not know what God will do, but we know deliverance is coming by His hand! Have you come with your umbrella? Get rid of any “Let’s wait and see.” attitude! “Whatsoever is not of faith is sin”. So get your faith up. How? Who lives in you? God, the Holy Spirit. How much faith does He have? All faith! Since He lives in you and you are one with Him you have His faith! You have the faith of God! That is what you use! If you want to soar you need to go high! Remember a promise is as good as the one who makes it! The Maker of Heaven and Earth is who gave me His promise. So I am parked on it. I DECREE THAT MA*****NA LEGISLATION COMES DOWN, iN JESUS’ NAME! Decree it today! If you want more decrees text me! I have lots! Stand firm! God is able AND HE WILL DELIVER US! Give Him praise! His promise is as good as He is! Are you bringing a figurative “umbrella”?

Day 5 of 7 (countdown to October 17)

I want to take a few moments to point you to the Bible phrase, “Lord, stretch forth your hand”! We see this phrase at a number of places in scripture! Israel notably saw this as they were rescued out of Egypt, and later God instructed Moses and Joshua and told them to stretch out their hand. When Moses stretched forth his hand over the Red Sea, the waters parted! When Joshua stretched forth his hand over the Jordan, the waters parted. When the early Church was being persecuted they prayed in Acts 4:30 and asked God, “By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.” They asked God to stretch forth His hand to release signs and wonders!
Today I’m going to focus on Exodus 3:20. God says, “I will stretch out my hand and smite Egypt. And I will give you favour”. In Romans 12:19 we read “”Vengeance is mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.” One of God’s principles is that favour and vindication go together. For Israel, Egypt was the land of not enough. Israel had laboured 400 years as slaves in Egypt. They had received no wages for their labour and had been treated cruelty. Yet when they left Egypt, Israel carried out the gold and silver of the nation that had enslaved them! They carried out the wages and interest (and much more!) from their 400 years of bo***ge. God gave retribution and recompense.
Next, I want to mention Proverbs 6:31. “But if he (the thief) be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.” Our adversary is not a man. It is the devil. He is a thief. God says He will Favour us. Pharaoh is a type of satan. Israel is a type and shadow of us. We have a right to ask God to stretch forth His hand against our adversary. And we can expect 7 fold restoration! Whatever the devil has put you through, you can expect recompense seven fold! Say, “God, I beseech you, stretch forth your hand! Make him pay back seven fold what he has stolen! And bring blessing and favour unto me.” Don’t let it end with knowing he stole. Beseech the Lord to stretch forth His hand. Use your mouth to prophesy satan’s defeat. Remember it. Speak it out of your mouth. Restore the years that satan stole!
I want to now take this to our call to stand against Bill C45. We are at a pivotal point in our nation. Satan has robbed and stolen over and over. Abortion, same s*x marriage, the gender equal move, the me first attitudes and now legalization of recreational drugs. Today we say, “Lord we beseech you, STRETCH FORTH YOUR HAND! AVENGE US TODAY! GRANT US FAVOUR!”
Then realize that since we have caught satan in the act of stealing, that we can ask for a sevenfold return AND HE MUST REPAY! “So Father, according to Proverbs 6:31 we now claim your promise for Canada! We have caught the thief and now we claim the sevenfold return! We ask now for You to stretch for Your hand against this cannabis legislation and to vindicate us with taking down six more evils that he has perpetrated in our country! LORD STRETCH FORTH YOUR HAND AND GRANT US FAVOUR!”

I’m on a rather tight schedule today but get a concordance and research the phrase “the hand of the Lord!” I’ll write later. 😀

Day 3 of 7 (countdown to October 17)
Today I had quite a talk with Holy Spirit about authority over demonic realms. I have heard it said several times that we must be very careful about stepping into the demonic world or the second heaven where they dwell. We can get beat up severely, they say. But isn’t it interesting that the Bible never says we are to start gently and then bit by bit we will eventually get authority. The first place Holy Spirit took me to was the story of David and Goliath. Goliath is a picture of the highest demon powers. Was David the most “ready” warrior? Was he the best trained? Had he learned to take on the small warriors first? Had he trained and practiced the skills of war? No! So that isn’t important after all. But you are right in reminding me that he had killed a bear and a lion. 1 Sam 17:34-35 says “And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.”
What does it take to kill a lion and a bear with your hands? Have you ever tried it? Me neither. But I know enough about lions and bears to know that you don’t do that in you own strength. It would never work. But David did take them down! Why? Because he knew the God of miracles and that left him fearless! Wow! We are back to that again! Have no fear! That’s when the miracle manifests.
Next, Holy Spirit took me to Acts 19:14-16 where 7 sons were rebuking demons in the name of the God who Paul served. “And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.” What happened here? These guys had not figured out who they were in Christ! They were operating in someone else’s authority. They may not have even been believers. They loved what Paul was doing and tried to replicate it without first figuring out who they were in Christ. They missed the point that YOU must have faith in God. They missed getting to know GOD! And it turned into an embarrassment of epic proportions.
Lastly, Holy Spirit took me to Joshua and his inexperienced army on their first day. Those soldiers were a bunch of kids, well they were under 41 years old anyway, and they had zero battle experience. We would say, train them with something easy! And slowly build it up. You can’t have authority over the big without learning in the little. But apparently not! Their first assignment was the most fearsome, most well fortified city in the country. The city of Jericho was their first target! And God had one message for Joshua, “Only be thou strong and courageous”. Oh and by the way, “Be strong and courageous”, Oh and just in case you missed it, “Be strong and VERY courageous!” 3 times God said it. So there it is again. If you want a miracle, be courageous! Do not fear!
We are after a miracle in the next 4 days. Bill C45 comes down! We say no to legalizing recreational ma*****na usage! I have 2 words for you. FEAR NOT!
BE VERY COURAGEOUS! We know who we are and we know whose we are! It’s not about our strength, but we know God!!! Decree and Declare!
“Display your strength, God, and we’ll be strong! For your miracles have made us who we are. Lord, do it again, and parade from your temple your mighty power. By your command even kings will bring gifts to you.”

Here are some thoughts that came out of one of my many morning chats I have with the Holy Spirit. H is Holy Spirit, and E is me. And yes, this conversation has everything to do with how we take down Bill C45.
E Good morning Holy Spirit!
H Good morning! Great to chat again!
E Yes! I love your ways!
H You know the verse, “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself...” Matthew 6:34 | KJV. And the verse, “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalms 118:24 | KJV
E Yes! This last while I learned that your kingdom is love, peace and joy. So if 1/3 of your kingdom is joy, then it’s sure important to rejoice.
H Great! Excellent! But I have another thought.
E I bet you’re going to tell me! And yes, I do want to know!
H You often think, this is the DAY the Lord has made.
E Yes, I love your creation and that you create...
H Well, consider this. THIS is the day that I have made. Not tomorrow. TODAY IS THE DAY I HAVE MADE! I have NOT made tomorrow. I will make tomorrow tomorrow. But it is not yet created. And I cannot be in what does not exist! I DO NOT EXIST IN TOMORROW. I EXIST IN TODAY! So if you take thought for tomorrow, and worry about tomorrow, (worry is always about the future!) then you are going where I am not. So if you want to go there, you are on your own! I can’t help you in a place where I do not exist.
E WOW! That’s amazing! You are such a superb teacher.
H It’s what I do! And I love my job!
E So when I think about walking out my destiny tomorrow or about defeating Bill C45 tomorrow...
H Nope. I’m not there. I’m a today God. We can accomplish anything you want today. But I don’t exist in tomorrow. So grab hold of today. Life is today, not tomorrow. Let’s do great exploits today. Yes, we make plans, and there is always more. So anticipation has a place, but don’t let it rob you of today. Don’t wait for the future! Let’s make it happen now! Yes, I have plans for your future. But I exist in the now. And the plans I have in your book have a long page for today! It’s only when we accomplish today’s page that we can turn to the next page, tomorrow. We operate in the now.
Then there is worry. Worry is really an awful thing. What foolishness to go where I am not!
E Can we pick up the thought on accomplishing what we want today?
H Sure! How did we, the Godhead, create the world?
E You spoke it with your words.
H Yes. “God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light!” So we created with words that we spoke out loud. A decree is a spoken word. And where do I now live?
E In me! I am a new creation in Christ! The old me is dead!
H So right! And since your spirit is sealed by me, the Holy Spirit; your spirit and mine are identical. So now you are to operate as I operate. How much authority and power did I give you?
E All authority. And the power I have is apparently the same power that raised Jesus from the dead!
H So true! So I speak to create. Therefore if you want the legislation on ma*****na to be defeated, for instance, decree it. Your words have power! Decree what is hoped for as though it is. “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” You have to call things into being. Just like we called light into being. After all, you said I live in you...
E Ok. Let me give this my best shot. “Your word says not to be intoxicated with wine (or, we can add, any other substances) but to be intoxicated with the Holy Spirit. THEREFORE I DECREE THAT THIS NATION SHALL NOT BE INTOXICATED BY MA*****NA BUT SHALL INSTEAD BE INTOXICATED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT! I declare that the legislation to intoxicate Canadians with ma*****na WILL FAIL! I decree that the Dominion of Canada is under God’s dominion. I DECREE THAT GOD SHALL HAVE DOMINION FROM SEA TO SEA AND FROM THE RIVER TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH! I decree this in the NAME ABOVE EVERY NAME; THE NAME OF JESUS! I DECREE A THING AND SO IT IS ESTABLISHED!

Pause in his presence The earth shook beneath your feet; the heavens filled with clouds before the presence of the God of Sinai. The sacred mountain shook at the sight of the face of Israel’s God. You, O God, sent the reviving rain upon your weary inheritance, showers of blessing to refresh it. So there your people settled. And in your kindness you provided the poor with abundance. God Almighty declares the word of the gospel with power, and the warring women of Zion deliver its message: “The conquering legions have themselves been conquered. Look at them flee!” Now Zion’s women are left to gather the spoils.

I have a tiny P.S. to add re yesterday’s post! Holy Spirit just reminded me to check the Ottawa forecast for Oct 17 again. It is now +1 degree for the low! It’s dropping!! I’m sensing snow! The day of deliverance!

I want to start with 2 verses today. “Have you entered the treasuries of the snow, or have you seen the treasuries of the hail, which I have reserved for the time of trouble, for the day of battle and war?”Job 38:22-23 | AMP
One of the things God has been teaching me is that at times He sends snow or hail as a weapon of battle. When he did that in Old Testament wars, the enemy was not only defeated but destroyed as well. We see in Psa 68 a reference to snow on Mount Zalmon. “When the Almighty scattered kings in [the land], it was as when it snows on Zalmon [a wooded hill near Shechem].” Psalms 68:14 | AMP. Here is a verse that says when God scatters the kings in the land, (a picture of deliverance) it is as snow on Mount Zalmon. It was Katie Souza who first pointed this out and since then I have paid attention and have discovered that God uses snow to show us that deliverance is at hand. The above forecast is Ottawa’s forecast for the day of October 17, the day slated for enacting Bill C45! 2 degrees and possible rain! If it drops a wee bit more do you think it might snow? The temperature in Ottawa yesterday was 26. Today the high is 9. The temperature is dropping fast in Ottawa! I think God is on this and is hiding a promise in plain site. He has a deliverance planned! So contend with might and power. This is our day of deliverance! It is waiting if we will take it. I decree that the Lord scatters the kings in the land and it shall be as snow on Mount Zalmon! One of those heathen kings is drug use in our land. We bind the strongman of drug use! And I declare this is the start of a great dismantling of drugs in our land. We are on a turnaround! I see a vision of an airplane banked in a steep turn. It is turnaround time, Canada! 🇨🇦 We call for snow and /or hail on Bill C45 in the name of Jesus!
I want to also get you through Psalm 68 this week. The Lord had me meditating on it for a month and a half last spring. It is His Psalm for Bill C45.
“Arise with awesome power, and every one of your enemies will scatter in fear! Chase them away—all these God-haters. Blow them away as a puff of smoke. Melt them away like wax in the fire. After months of silence I’m back. I must confess, I thought that the choices of our government (when they passed Bill C45), were now to be put in play. As I had reviewed prophesies I was given regarding the legalization of ma*****na last spring, (and I have a number), they actually spoke of this legislation coming down. So after standing and contending against Bill C45 and seeing it pass anyway, I assumed this was what was to happen. I thought that the legislation would have to actually become law in order for it to be taken down. You can’t take down something that isn’t up. Hence my silence. I was sitting and waiting. Once it was law, I was going to go after taking it down.
However, (don’t you like the word, “however”?!) however, I had a conversation with the Lord about it all a few minutes ago. The full implementation of Bill C45 is to happen in Canada on October 17, 2018. That is in one week. But here is what God whispered to me. He said, IT IS EASIER TO STOP SOMETHING FROM HAPPENING THAN IT IS TO GET RID OF SOMETHING THAT HAS HAPPENED. For example, my wife, Dawn, and I choose to live in health. We get opportunities to get colds from time to time and we say “no thanks! We do not receive this symptom.” Then we tell that symptom to leave in Jesus Name and it goes. But once, we both got viciously attacked and didn’t move on it thoroughly enough or quickly enough and then it took several days to get rid of it. The Lord reminded me of that. We have 1 week to intercede against Bill C45 and to see a miracle happen! I love short deadlines. That way it’s intense warfare with a quick outcome. So for this week, join me in saying, “No!!!!” to Bill C45. Let’s give it all we’ve got for a week! I’ll post some thought God gives me each day. Join me it the final stand! Intercessors know how to change the world! Let’s go after our miracle! To echo Dr. Suess, “The time has come, the time is now!” (from Marvin K Mooney) Today is the 10th day of the 10th month. When my nephew was small, one of his favourite statements was “10 to 10, time to go!” It became a family joke quote whenever someone asked what time it was. The Lord is saying, “Ho! It’s 10 to 10, time to go!!”
