Transitions always come with their fair share of challenges, difficulties, and emotions 💭
Transitioning away from the routines you've built, the farewells that need to be said 👋, and the changes that come with the seasonality of each school year 🍂
We all need to hold space to process these emotions, be honest with them🪞, and turn toward God who reveals hope in our faithful suffering🙏
The practice of lament is one of the most theologically informed actions a person can take. While crying is fundamental to humanity, Christians lament because they know God is sovereign and good. Lament is the language for living between the tension of a hard life and trusting in God’s sovereignty✝️
Join us as we wrap up this semester and series with an interactive workshop on lament 🤝

Life is filled with moments where we’re asked to decide what’s next 🤔
No matter the place, circumstance, or people, God has placed you exactly here where you need to be, and here is where you need to be faithfully rooted and cultivate your life 🌱
This week, David will unpack more of the core idea from this series, and we’ll hear from a panel discussion with guests in the workforce as they share their experiences navigating transitions, decisions, and uncertainty

As the semester wraps up and many of us are heading into summer jobs, internships, and new opportunities, an important question comes to mind:
What does faithful Christian witness look like in these next steps of life? 🤔
This Wednesday, Pastor Todd will challenge us to reflect on this question together. Instead of being shaped by the many voices and pressures of our culture 🌍📣, we’ll take time to listen for the Spirit speaking through Scripture 🕊️ and consider how we can faithfully live out our faith wherever God sends us next 🙏

Transitions can be daunting. Whether it’s finding work, continuing studies, moving to a new place, heading back home after graduation, or simply adjusting to the different rhythms of summer ☀️
The Greek philosopher Heraclitus of Ephesus once said, “Change is the only constant in life.” Rather than avoiding change, as Christians we ought to learn how to navigate change by being rooted in God! 🌱
In this final series of the semester, we’ll explore:
🏜️ Wilderness: the places of trial and suffering where God meets and transforms people
🍇 Terroir: an image of being deeply rooted in Christ and community, shaping who we become
As the semester comes to a close, we want to bless and equip you for the transitions ahead 🧭

What does 15 years look like for you? Do you remember who you were 15 years ago?⏳
As we celebrate 15 years of P2C at UBCO, we remember and acknowledge that what we have as a community today is nothing short of a blessing and a miracle🎉
Looking ahead to what God is entrusting us with in the next year🌱 , how is God inviting each and every one of us to respond?
Come prepared and read John 14:11–19📖, we’ll have a time of discussion and feedback as we discern how God is guiding the direction of our community💬
