Grounded in award-winning research on women’s lived experiences in engineering, this workshop blends research-based insight with an experiential process that builds trust and connection.

Facilitated by Dr. Ann-Louise Howard, PhD, researcher, consultant, and founder of Her Work in Engineering, whose award-winning research uncovered the hidden, everyday gendered dynamics shaping women’s experiences in engineering.
