Our team attended an amazing workshop last night held by the one and only, Madeleine Shaw!
Madeleine is Co-Founder of Aisle and author of The Greater Good: Social Entrepreneurship for Everyday People Who Want to Change The World.

So, in case you already didn’t know… we are Rising!
2 years ago our team created Rising to create impactful teaching resources on important topics society is facing. Our mission is to inspire younger generations to create positive change in their communities.
So far, our team has created 3 modules. The Journey Home Module on Homelessness is now available for purchase on our website for you to incorporate into your classrooms! But don’t worry 2 more are on the way! After the piloting phase, the Remake Module on Sustainable Fashion and Worker’s Rights and the Okanagan Boys and Girls Club Module on Social Media and Cyberbullying will be available for purchase.

We are hosting another clothing drive with all proceeds going to Rising and Remake! To make this happen, we are now accepting used clothes donations until March 25th. If you have some used clothes you'd like to part with, please email [email protected] to arrange a drop off time at the Kelowna campus.
