🌹 A rose for healing, growth, and forgiveness 🌹
I'm sharing this not only to celebrate my own healing journey but to reach out to anyone who might be struggling with depression and su***de ideation.
You are not alone.
Healing is possible.
There is hope.💙
A year and a half ago, I got a tattoo of a rose on my wrist to cover my scars I inflicted on myself due to depression and su***de ideation. This rose is a symbol of my survival, growth, and hope.
Recently, my mom decided to get a matching rose tattoo in the same spot. Her first and only tattoo -- a gesture of love, support, and healing between us.
This is her way of saying " I am here now," and an act of forgiveness for the times she wasn't able to show up for me.
This moment isn't just about ink -- it's about mending old wounds, rebuilding our bond, and celebrating the strength it takes to keep choosing life.
Healing is messy nonlinear and takes self compassion and courage. With the right support, tools, and love, I am learning every day that my depression doesn't define me. I am proud of how far I've come -- and I'm excited for the life I'm still creating. 🌿
I also want to give a special thank you to for such an amazing tattoo and helping make this healing moment happen.

🌿 Shedding, Shifting & Blossoming 🌿
As nature awakens, we’re reminded of the seasons within ourselves. Spring invites us to shed what no longer serves — habits, hurt, and limiting beliefs — and rise with clarity and grace.
Years ago, I had the life I dreamed of — a home in the woods, a garden, a career I loved. Then, in a moment, it was gone. I was left heartbroken, physically injured, and spiritually shattered.
But from that loss, something new began to grow. 🌱
I’ve learned that healing moves in cycles.
🌑 Winter: rest & reflect
🌸 Spring: grow & rise
☀️ Summer: celebrate
🍂 Fall: release & reset
We are meant to evolve, to shift, to find our rhythm again. And we don’t have to do it alone. My work now is walking beside others as they rebuild, reconnect, and root into their own strength.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
And I’m here — when you’re ready — to walk with you.
