No homework. No alarm clocks. No "we'll finish this tomorrow."
Summer is the secret weapon most parents don't think about.
During the school year, kids are running on fumes β juggling assignments, tests, and early mornings. There's no space to go deep on something hard.
But summer? That's a different story.
Without the pressure of school, kids have the mental bandwidth to actually wrestle with a tough project. To debug code for the fifth time. To tear apart a robot build and try again. To stick with something until it works.
That's exactly what we see at Steamoji Kelowna every summer.
Kids who come in saying "I'm not really a tech person" leave having built their first game, programmed a robot, or designed a 3D object they can hold in their hands.
Summer is short. Make it count. π

π The future of flight technology has arrived in Kelowna.
At STEAMOJI Kelowna, students donβt just learn about technology β they learn how to build it, program it, and control it.
Weβre excited to introduce our new AI Drone Lab, an innovative learning platform where students explore autonomous flight, computer vision, artificial intelligence, and modern engineering.
Using advanced educational drones, students learn how autonomous systems recognize visual markers, navigate independently, process information from cameras and sensors, and make decisions in real time.
What will students learn?
β
Drone Programming
β
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
β
Computer Vision
β
Autonomous Navigation
β
Flight Engineering
β
Robotics & Automation
β
Real-World Problem Solving Through Technology
These are the same technologies that power modern unmanned systems used in logistics, agriculture, mapping, emergency response, and scientific research around the world.
We are proud to bring cutting-edge technology to Kelowna and provide local students with learning opportunities typically associated with advanced STEM and engineering programs.
The next generation wonβt just use technology.
Theyβll create it.

The future wonβt belong to kids who only consume technology.
It will belong to kids who know how to build with it.
Thatβs why weβre launching NEW Robotics Clubs at Steamoji Kelowna β a space where children ages 6β14 can explore robotics, coding, engineering, and design through hands-on challenges and real experimentation.
Inside the club, students will:
π Program robots to complete complex tasks
βοΈ Design and improve mechanical creations
𧩠Strengthen problem-solving and systems thinking
π» Build confidence with modern technology
πFirst time in Kelowna
π Give your child early experience with the technologies shaping the future.
