Hey fellow students! We're excited to share something cool we've been working on at the IEEE UBCO Student Branch: The Hackerspace Store.
This is where you can buy all kinds of microelectronics and gadgets at prices cheaper than what you'd find in stores or online. On top of that, you can claim them immediately by coming to pick them up from Hackerspace (EME2245).
No more waiting around for your projects to get started. It's all about making tech accessible and immediate for us students. Whether it's for a class, a project or just for fun, we've got what you need right when you need it. Check it out and see what you can create next!

Hi everyone! We from Hackerspace are proud to bring you our new event: Introduction to Cybersecurity Workshop!
Join us on this workshop where we will explore how attackers and defenders operate in real-world cybersecurity scenarios. Our Red Team session will be led by a professional ethical hacker who has extensive experience working in corporations such as Bell and Microsoft, and with our Blue Team session, led by a military CyberSec expert, will introduce key defense strategies. The workshop culminates into a hands-on Capture the Flag competition on the last day which combines the lessons learnt from the previous two sessions.
This workshop goes from January 11th to January 13th and only 100 spots are available! Sign up here: https://forms.gle/ttP792Vm3stVC81u7
