Does BC Have a Wine Identity? Join us on April 26 (10am-11:45am PDT) at the Vancouver International Wine Festival (VIWF) where a panel of academic and industry leaders will explore this topic. Event is open to the public and trade members.
Taste BC and international wines to generate phrases and descriptors that evoke the wine’s regional identity. Be part of this event as BC develops its wine image globally.

The 2022 UBC Wine Leaders Forum took place in Napa Valley California. Three days of experiential learning, discussions, and sharing for participants from the BC wine industry. Key issues addressed with winery owners and winemakers, Napa Valley Vintners, and stakeholder organizations in Napa were: sustainable practices, iconic wines, food and wine pairing, and farmworker health and housing.
