This one trips up so many people in CELPIP and speaking English!
Sure, you don't talk to a real person in CELPIP, but if you drop this word in CELPIP and say:
🙃I am agree with you that...
🙃I hope you are agree with me...
You will lose points.
Agree is a verb, so we use it in the same way we use any other verb:
😀I agree with you.
😀I agree with you up to a point.
You can use 'Agree' in CELPIP speaking and writing.

If you want to score high in CELPIP speaking and writing, you need to start getting familiar with and start using higher level vocabulary.
Basically, we have 'Common words' and we have 'High level words'. In CELPIP, you need a good combination fo both common and high level words.

This blog post focuses on and shows you how to use high level words in your CELPIP speaking or writing exam. You could go from a 6 to a 7, from a 7 to an 8, or even from an 8 to a 10 if you drop the right words at the right time. This does not mean that you should ONLY use high level words, you need a balance.
