It is with great sadness we announce the passing of another former teacher, Wendy Legassie, who passed away peacefully earlier this morning at the age of 58, after a prolonged illness.

Wendy was well known throughout the school community and across NEOAA as a teacher-coach, NEOAA Vice-President, and OFSAA Representative at various points during her twenty-five year career. Her compassion, sense of humour, and dedication to all of her students, both in and out of the classroom, were hallmarks of her years at KDHS.

She is survived by her husband, Glen, and sons Sean (Amanda) and Nathan (Emily).

Wendy will be greatly missed by all members of the KDHS Family.

Our flag has been lowered in honour of Mr. Bob Mitchell, a long-time former Teacher and Administrator at KDHS, who passed away on November 15th at the age of 80.

We extend our thoughts and condolences to his family.

Here it is folks, items from the online store

Let's try this again: 😃

Great news! The Kolts Spirit Wear Store is now live on the web! Some fantastic deals are available for students, parents, staff, and alumni, even future students - the store is open to everyone!

Please note - all payments must be made online to complete your purchase. Prices shown on the flyer below include taxes and shipping.

The store will officially close on Friday, November 12th. There is a very good possibility that all items will be delivered to KDHS for pick-up before Christmas, but unfortunately, due to high demand across the province, the supplier cannot guarantee this.

Show your school spirit and Kolts Pride by sporting the latest gear from Nike and Champion!
