A Colorful Day of Fun! 🎨💦
Today, we had a wonderful time exploring colors! The children enjoyed painting colorful designs on the wall and then washing them away with water and enjoyed spraying colorful water onto the wall, creating bright and beautiful patterns They had so much fun getting wet, experimenting with colors, and enjoying the process together. It was a messy, playful, and colorful day filled with lots of smiles and laughter! 🌈💦😊
Some children were busy in making wood chips and sand soup for the friends who were busy painting
These plants are a little reward for planting them together, nurturing them, and watching them grow together. 🌱💚 They have successfully survived our Infant and Toddler Yard through all the sun, heat, and smoke—and, of course, all those curious little hands eager to touch, feel, and explore. Watching them grow alongside our little ones makes them even more special

We were closed for two weeks this summer because we believe in the power of intentional breaks. 🌿
When our friends came back, they were surprised—and a little shocked—to see that their robot, loose parts, materials, and creations were still right where they had left them.
Nothing was packed away. Nothing was erased. Their work was waiting for them.
And that’s what made the moment soŵ special. ❤️
They felt valued. They felt that their ideas mattered. They knew their creations were important enough to be kept safe, ready for them to return and continue building, imagining, and adding to their stories.
Sometimes, giving children space to pause doesn’t mean stopping their learning.
It means giving their ideas a place to wait for them. ✨

Today, the children in the Maple and Cedar Rooms enjoyed a wonderful Fruit Salad Party filled with hands-on learning, teamwork, and healthy eating. Families were invited to send their child's favourite fruit, and together we created a delicious fruit salad.
Using child-safe knives and under close educator supervision, the children actively participated in peeling, cutting, and chopping their fruits. This experience encouraged them to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and independence while learning safe food preparation practices.
As they worked together, the children shared conversations about different fruits, colours, textures, and tastes. They took turns, helped one another, and proudly contributed to making a fruit salad for everyone to enjoy. This collaborative activity strengthened their social skills, communication, and sense of belonging within the group.
During snack time, the children happily enjoyed the fruit salad together. Many asked for more fruit, commenting that it
