We've got a crazy week ahead over here.. and it feels good to be prepared! Here's to not having to cook for the rest of the week! (Except for breaky!)

Another Monday means another week of prep!

Working two jobs while juggling the single mom life requires me to be as efficient as possible with my time. Meal prepping on a regular basis is a huge part of that! And it's so much easier than you think!
(I should probably start investing in Tupperware stocks...)

***y

Loved getting at it with my girl this week for a good stress reliever we both needed! We don't get to work out together much anymore, and I've sure missed my swolemate! 💪🏻👭💕

These guys have got it going on, and they share some great information! Balance is so key, and it's something that I've had to put a lot of work into with regards to my own training.

Thought I'd share this awesome review I recently received from a client:

After a bad shoulder injury in 2011 I finally had Rotator Cuff Surgery this past February, 2016.
Post-op and after my few months of home stay with little to no movement I finally graduated to physio therapy. The classes were once a week and I worked vigorously to improve by doing the exercises daily at home. I excelled quickly with the information I was being given and after 2.5 months of physio my abilities were evaluated and I was lead to believe that I could return to work on a graduated program.
Well, I am a log truck driver and therefore, there is no graduated back to work. You either go or you don't go. This is when I was introduced to the incredibly helpful staff at F3Fit.
They did their own evaluation of my strengths & abilities and it quickly became evident that I had previously been misled.
A few weeks of one on one, 1 hour sessions, 3 days a week had me whistling a different tune. I wish I could have skipped the physio all together and just spent my time at F3Fit as I could totally see and feel the results as I went from weak and feeble to stronger than I'd been for years prior.
When I graduated F3Fit after nearly 2 months I easily slipped back into my position at work with very little issues after having been off work for nearly 6 months.
I highly recommend spending time with the professional staff at F3 Fit who will cater to your needs and develop a routine that works to benefit your personal strengths and abilities.
I thank you so much for your time, patience and positive support with me.

Cheers,

Christopher Crerar

Over the past 5 months, I have had the privilege of encouraging this amazing woman as she has transformed her body, mindset and, ultimately, her life! Tori has worked incredibly hard for her results and I am so proud to have been a part of her journey. Thank-you for the wonderful review :)
