We are running a Global Coffee Fundraiser this April to raise money for possibly a New Band Program!
I am very close to getting a band program started here at Bert Edwards next year for our Grade 6/7 students!! There are still a number of supplies we need to buy and also repairs on older instruments.
Please support this initiative by purchasing through the link.

SD73 will be announcing this soon but you heard it here first. BEST student Maddy Arial has won the poster contest for the 2025 Day of Sucwentwécw. This is a prestigeous award that has many SD73 students submitting their entry to win the honour. With encouragement from Mrs. Edstrom, Maddy came up with a beautiful drawing and concept that fit this years theme to recognize and celebrate the Secwépemc People and other Indigenous people residing within the Secwépemc Territory. More info on her artwork with artist statement will be posted soon. For now, we wanted to acknowledge our in-house Artist Maddy Arial and let her know we are all very proud of her.
