Kamloops Acro yoga

We’re currently not hosting any classes or jams in Kamloops.

After a little hiatus when I broke my heel, we're thinking about what Kamloops AcroYoga looks like this winter!

If you could please fill out this poll, it'll give us a better idea of what people want and who is interested so that we can plan accordingly! (what space, what classes, how often, etc).

Last year we tried to offer a lot of variety with jams, drop-ins, and series, which was tons of fun, but ended up losing money overall on rental space. So need to do something different this year and would love your feedback!

AcroYoga Foundations series complete, and what an absolute delightful time, with an incredible group of movers.

We learned about communication, balancing, biomechanics, partner stretching, AcroYoga poses, how to flow between them, and played a bunch of games.

What a great way to spend a Wednesday night, thank you!!

Do you ever lift your kiddo on your feet? That’s called bird pose, and there are lots of other fun poses you can do with your child.

Join us at the Kamloops Buskers Festival on Saturday, July 23rd from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the Kids Zone for an AcroYoga workshop for kids and the cool adults in their life!

We will be warming up our bodies, learning exciting partner skills, playing fun games, and just moving and grooving!

This workshop will be the highlight of your weekend - we can’t wait to see you there!

In July, we will be hosting:
- 4-week Foundational Series (info in previous post and link in bio) *pre-registration required
- open jam (unstructured play time) **need to have taken 3 AcroYoga classes prior to ensure safe play
- drop-in classes (all level) biweekly
