I have been dancing for 10 years now. Dance has inspired me because it has taught me discipline and structure it has made my dreams as a little girl come true and there’s no better feeling then stepping out on that stage and feeling the stage lights and the audience’s energy. I hope to incorporate dance into my life in the future by teaching and helping out at the studio as much as I can. I don’t know what my life would look like without dance in it.

Advice that I would give to the future generation of dancers is to be yourself and not compare your dancing to anyone else. You are your own person and your style is what makes you unique.

I plan on attending TRU for psychology. I would like to be a social worker one day and help others. I would also love to continue dancing in the future because it has been such a major part of my life.
