အလွယ်ချက်နည်း
- ကောက်ညှင်းဆန်ကို ညထဲက ရေစိမ်ထားပါ
- မနက်မှာ ကောက်ညှင်းဆန်ကို ရေဆေးပြီး ၊ ဆား နည်းနည်း ၊ ဆနွင်း နည်းနည်း နဲ့ ဆီ လေး ထမင်းစား ဇွန်း တဇွန်း ထည့်ပီး ရေမြှုပ်ရုံလေး နဲ့ ရေခမ်း ချက်လိုက်ရုံပါပဲ

အစာပလာ ဖြူးတာက အုန်းသီး ၊ နှမ်း ၊ ပုစွန် ခြောက်မှုန့် နဲ့ ကြက်သွန် နီ ကြော်လေး ဆိုရင် အတော် အရသာ ရှိပီး လွယ်ကူတဲ့ မနက်စာလေး ရပါပီ 😋
