Best of Kamloops! NOMINATIONS - close TODAY at 3pm!

I wasn't going to put the effort in this year of marketing and hyping myself up hense the post on the last day, BUT alas, I was nominated and I'm grateful that someone took the time to recognize me and that's already a win in my books.

So here's the deal, we all know Best of Kamloops is a popularity contest, the businesses in each category with THE MOST NOMINATIONS will move onto voting rounds.

Happy Earth Day

We enjoyed kites on this beautiful afternoon!

Space week was out of this world!

Music Monday: Ukelele Lessons!

Take a trip Tuesday: Prince Charles Park to enjoy Theatre Under the Trees: The Emperor's New Threads and of course hit the playground and pool!

Wacky Wednesday: Mis Matched socks and a group bike ride!

Thinking Thursday: Show and Tell was exciting when we all got to see a real Woolly Mammoth Tooth!

Frozen Treat Fri-Yay: We made Freezie Sleeves and went to the park and launched our rocket. It went up about 150ft!

I can't even name all the things we did but I know there were a lot of laughs ♡

Last few pics are the results from melting old crayons in silicone molds by putting them in the sun from Lego week!

Some highlights:

Making our fieldtrip T-shirts with all the kids hand prints!

Soccer lessons in the rain!

Tons of crafting, games and building.

Ending our week by spending the day at the beach which ended with slushies!

Long time no post but this was just TOO good to not share.

The universe is rewarding me with the beautiful line up (coincidentally by height and age) six boys, all the way to school!

Why am I being rewarded you may ask, because I survived a full moon and Friday the 13th last week. Ha!

Back in January I removed FB and IG from my phone. Since then, my business and personal pages have been stagnant.

At first, I wondered if people would think "what is she doing with the kids if she's not posting"

The answer is simple! I'm busy playing, planning, prepping, organizing, cleaning, communicating and laughing!

I didnt become an educator "for the gram" I became an educator to engage, encourage and explore WITH the kids!

Normally I am the one advocating for those who can't but today, here is some shameless self promotion!
