We had two kinder friends join our crew this morning.

First walk with the daycare to their first full day of Kindergarten!

We even saw some goats! Yes, you read that correctly ha!

As a parent said, "maybe the walk was even the GOAT"

I love my clients and crazy mornings!

Happy First Day of School!

It was a beautiful day to hang out with the kidlets!

Over the Summer we renovated the main wall in the daycare and revamped the main room. Super happy with how it turned out. ♡

I love this photo from our walk this morning,

Why, you may be wondering, looks like a bunch of kids...

The four closest to me are my current littles.

The three up ahead, two are siblings and the other is the elder sibling of the boy facing me.

I taught the two eldest boys up front when I first started working in early childhood. They were in grade 1, now just finishing grade 6! They were in my original schooler class that gave me the name Mango.

Both those boys came to my daycare when I opened, and both their younger siblings have been with me as well.

Every child that has been at my daycare will always hold a place in my heart. The memories I have with these guys are still be created as we chat nearly every day. They are so encouraging as I learn to mountain bike. We love exchanging our favorite novels and pranking each other on April Fools.

So grateful to be part of their worlds.

Once their teacher, forever their friend.

Best of Kamloops! NOMINATIONS - close TODAY at 3pm!

I wasn't going to put the effort in this year of marketing and hyping myself up hense the post on the last day, BUT alas, I was nominated and I'm grateful that someone took the time to recognize me and that's already a win in my books.

Space week was out of this world!

Music Monday: Ukelele Lessons!

Take a trip Tuesday: Prince Charles Park to enjoy Theatre Under the Trees: The Emperor's New Threads and of course hit the playground and pool!

Wacky Wednesday: Mis Matched socks and a group bike ride!

Thinking Thursday: Show and Tell was exciting when we all got to see a real Woolly Mammoth Tooth!

Frozen Treat Fri-Yay: We made Freezie Sleeves and went to the park and launched our rocket. It went up about 150ft!

I can't even name all the things we did but I know there were a lot of laughs ♡

Last few pics are the results from melting old crayons in silicone molds by putting them in the sun from Lego week!
