💙 The start of the 2026-2027 school year is just around the corner! The first day of school for Grades 1-4 is August 31st. Kindergarten families, please refer to your staggered entry information and Pre-K info will becoming out to families next week. 💙 June Math added up to a whole lot of fun in Mrs. Nelson’s class! They rolled up their sleeves for some hands-on learning with fractions- building, creating, and discovering how parts make a whole. These mathematicians worked hard and had fun! 🤩

A quick reminder for families: if you haven't yet registered for transportation for the 2026-2027 school year, now is the time. Students not registered by August 10, 2026 are at risk of not having transportation until September 15, 2026. Please take a few minutes to complete your registration in your School Engage account to help ensure a smooth start to the year.

💙 Mrs. Carey's kindergarten classes were learning about their community and its helpers! They couldn't wait to share what they wanted to be when they grow up!!!

💙 Pre-K hearts are so full after their Pre-K Bye-Bye Breakfast! They gathered one last time to celebrate an incredible school year filled with growth, laughter, and so much learning. Mrs. Grashof says, “Have a great summer kiddos!” 😎

💙 Today was a good day to be a duck! 🌧🦆🌧️ These little guys came to visit the children in Mrs. Andrews’ kindergarten class. Thank you to Sadie Girard for bringing this experience to our students!

💙 As they are almost ready to “take flight” into the next grade, Miss McBride’s class had a special afternoon at “Flight School” with Air Canada’s First Officer Jenna McBride! They learned all about parts of the airplane, how to read a wind sock, the aviation alphabet, how to taxi in using the aviation alphabet and so much more! They even got our own mini airplanes and Air Canada wings pins! We might have some mini pilots and flight attendants in the making from today’s inspiration! ♥️✈️👩🏼‍✈️

J’ai réussi le DELF! Six Grade 4 students wrote and passed the DELF test. The DELF is a 4 part test that includes listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing production and speaking production. Students were given their CESD certificates and a pen designed by their teacher as a keepsake. Victoria and Deklan were awarded the rank of Excellence on their exam. Félicitation!
