‼️ Unfortunately, due to flooding, our beach volleyball tournament has been cancelled. ‼️

We know many of you were looking forward to our annual event and sincerely appreciate the support. We hope to see everyone back next year!

In the meantime, we hope everyone is staying safe during these crazy, difficult times.

Thank you for understanding

Big thank you to The Russell Beef & Barley Festival!!

Kale Robinson of the Russell Beef & Barley Festival presents a $1,000 cheque to Jasmine Lafournaise of the Kids First Early Learning Centre through the 2026 Russell Beef & Barley Festival Community Grant Program. This will help with the costs of materials needed to upgrade the daycare.

This week is the 35th annual week of the early childhood educator and we would like to take a moment and send a HUGE thank you to our staff!

Your dedication, passion, and genuine care do not go unnoticed.

You are more than educators—you are a steady support for the children, guiding them with patience, kindness, and understanding. The welcoming, loving environment you create allows every child to feel safe, valued, and free to grow into who they are.

The impact you make reaches far beyond the classroom. It lives in the confidence you build, the comfort you provide, and the joy you bring into each child’s day.

Thank you for the heart you all put into your work. Our centre is a better place because of each of you.
