Start the new year off right with Sunrise Music Class!

Sunrise® is a playful group music class designed for ages 2.5 to 4, where children and their caregivers sing, dance, and explore the foundations of music together. This joyful 10-week program introduces pattern recognition, high and low sounds, steady beat and rhythm, and a variety of musical tones through real instruments, movement, and songs to build a solid musical foundation that lasts a lifetime..

Classes run Thursday mornings from 9:15–10:00 am beginning this January 8th and are taught by our certified MYC® teacher, Holly Sundy. Each session builds on the last, creating a full-year program with three progressive 10-week blocks.

A new addition to the MMC family! This baby grand has a new home in the melody room to play for rehearsals, rentals, Paige’s lessons, and Mr. Franks toddler classes.

This piano will be well loved and played for years to come.

Our team just keeps growing to offer you new instruments and teachers for your education. Please welcome Hannah Naiman to our teaching staff!

A singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Hannah plays clawhammer banjo, Apallachian oldtime fiddle, ukelele and guitar.
Her work as a singer-songwriter earned her the Canadian Folk Music Award for Traditional Singer of the Year (2017) and a nomination for the same award in 2024.
Hannah’s voice has appeared on many children’s albums: Hannah’s first children’s album, “Savez-vous plantez des choux?” (2002) was distributed to more than 10,000 babies across Ontario as part of the Early Years Literacy Kit. Her children's albums earned her two Canadian Folk Music Award nominations, a SiriusXM Indie Award, and a 2012 Parents' Choice Gold Award.

Hannah has been leading classes, workshops and performing concerts for over 20 years. Hannah has been sharing her love of music and dance with the Huntsville community since moving to town in 2020. From library concerts, to HFA classes, community dances, and Music & Dance Camp.Hannah is pleased to be joining the staff at Muskoka Music Centre and looks forward to sharing the joy of music with students of all levels and abilities!

Hannah is currently booking fall lessons, and is excited to meet new students.

Come sing with Paige and lots of friends to songs that YOU want to sing! Ages 7-12 on Mondays 4:30-5:20 your singer will get to play games, learn music, and make new friends. Summer is here but fall is just around the corner ☀️🍁 Do you have a child or young adult who always wanted to perform in an ensemble? Da Capo strings is adding a new beginner class this Fall with instructor Behn Strople!
