Did you know there is a planet that rains glass.
The HD 189733b, despite looking like a blue getaway it is quite the opposite. It's planets winds go up to 5,400 mph and for the cherry on top this planets surface rains razor sharp glass that moves sideways on the it's surface.

December 21... look up and see Jupiter and Saturn next to each other. Oh this wonderful solar system we live in.
Before the end of 2020, great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn | EarthSky.org Jupiter and Saturn are getting closer, as they near their once-in-20-years conjunction on December 21, 2020. At their closest, they'll be only 0.1 degrees apart. That's just 1/5 of a full moon diameter. Start watching them now, and you'll see them draw close together.

Welcome to our science project. For years, we looked at our solar system in the pages of books and online. It didn't look that big. It fit on one double-page spread or a single screen. But it's bigger than that. Much bigger. So we made a scale model of one. And we invite everyone to come out to Hubbards and tour the solar system we call home.
