I’ve fallen off my Spiritual routine lately - who’s with me?

The last month of summer has been filled with family, friends, visits, trips, and work. And it’s all got me distracted from my meditation practise, journaling habits, and energy work. While life feels full and busy, I’ve felt disconnected from my Higher Self.

If life feels busy for you too, and your self care and Spiritual routines have hit a slide, be gentle with yourself. It’s okay. These practises are lifelong friends. Without pressure or judgement, incorporate small habits that help you tap into intuition and helped you feel tapped in to the Divine Universal energy.

Has life been handing you A LOT lately? I know it has been for me…

In 2021 I quit my day job to pursue my business full time, moved in with my partner in a while new town, fell off my motorcycle, lost a major revenue stream, and had to give up my dream vacation. I cried. I threw my hands up and yelled at the Universe, “WHY!?”

I spent a week in my feelings, completely drained, uncertain about what lie ahead, worried about finances and afraid I wasn’t cut out for this whole cohabiting thing. It sucked. And the whole time I felt guilty that my struggles paled in comparison to what so many others are going through.

I let the feelings come up.

I meditated.

I asked the Universe what I needed to learn.

I nurtured my inner child.

I remembered that I’m here on this planet to follow my bliss, not to worry about the things I can’t control.

If the Universe has been kicking you too lately, I’m sending you a big hug and permission to fall apart and put yourself back together again. Trust. The Universe has your back.
