Shaolin Rou Quan (少林柔拳), also known as "Soft Fist" or "Gentle Fist," is an ancient internal martial art and Qigong practice from the Shaolin Temple. It is designed to combine the flowing, circular, and meditative movements of Tai Chi with the traditional power of Shaolin Kung

New Class Alert: Shaolin Rou Quan 🌿

Starting next week, we’re introducing a new class as part of our Qigong Series: Shaolin Rou Quan. This is a soft, flowing Shaolin form similar to Tai Chi, blending Qigong principles with gentle martial movement.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll be introduced to the Rou Quan sequence while building relaxation, mobility, and internal strength. Suitable for all ages and beginners, no prior experience required..
