Shoutout to our Junior Girls, who went 2-2 at their first Super Saturday of the season!

The girls continue to grow each time they step on the court and are really starting to come together as a team. It was great to see their teamwork, confidence, and determination build throughout the day.

Great work, Bears! 🐻🏐

A big shoutout to our Senior Boys, who brought home bronze from the EQV Tournament in Peace River!

The boys battled hard all weekend and showed a ton of determination when it mattered most. Their bronze medal match was a tight one, going all the way to a third and deciding set, but the Bears pulled through to finish the weekend on the podium!

Way to battle until the very end, boys!

With the conclusion of our golf season, we would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the many people and organizations who helped make it such a successful one! ⛳️🐻

A huge thank you to Fox Haven Golf & Country Club for allowing us to host Golf Zones and for being such a great supporter of our athletes. We are incredibly grateful to all of the coaches, parents, and volunteers who gave their time to help the event run smoothly.

Thank you to Bill and the grounds crew for having the course in fantastic shape for our golfers, and to Sylvia, Shane, and Courtney for preparing and serving a delicious meal for our athletes and coaches. A special thank you to Sue for all of her assistance behind the scenes and for helping everything come together on event day.

We also want to give a BIG shoutout to our generous sponsors whose support helped make Golf Zones possible:

Tolko
Driving Foreward
High Level Men’s Night
True North Ford in High Level & La Crete
La Crete Golf Course

We are very fortunate to have so many businesses, organizations, and community members who continue to support school athletics and provide opportunities for our student-athletes.

We honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities. Today is a time to listen, learn, reflect, and continue walking the path toward reconciliation.
