We will continue our journey with Earth Yin 🌱: an evening designed to help you slow down, rest, ground and reconnect. 🌙

Expect gentle Yin Yoga with provided straps & blocks, guided meditation, 🌲 forest & mountain nature soundscapes, immersive projections and a warm candlelit atmosphere inspired by the grounding energy of the Earth. 🌿🕯️✨
