🎄🐋 BUSINESSES WANTED – ORCA 2026 ADVENT CALENDAR 🎁

The ORCA Swim Club is preparing our 2026 Advent Calendar Fundraiser, and we are looking for local businesses — and businesses from beyond our community — who would like to contribute by donating a prize! 💙

From December 1st to 24th, we will draw one winner each day from everyone who purchased tickets. That means 24 days = 24 winners and lots of amazing prizes! 🎉

🎁 Interested in contributing? We welcome all kinds of donations: gift cards or gift certificates, activity or event tickets, products, gift baskets, services, promotional items, or any other type of gift — it does not have to be directly related to your business.

📣 In return, we’ll help showcase your business! Each day of the Advent Calendar, we will create a Facebook post featuring the donated prize and highlighting the business that generously provided it.

Every contribution, big or small, helps support our young swimmers and makes this fundraiser a success. 🏊‍♀️🐋

Le Club de natation ORCA prépare son Calendrier de l’Avent 2026 et nous sommes à la recherche d’entreprises, locales ou d’ailleurs, qui aimeraient contribuer en offrant un prix! 💙

Du 1er au 24 décembre, un gagnant sera pigé chaque jour parmi les personnes ayant acheté des billets. C’est donc 24 jours = 24 gagnants et plusieurs beaux prix à faire découvrir! 🎉

🎁 Vous aimeriez contribuer? Nous acceptons toutes sortes de dons : cartes ou certificats-cadeaux, billets pour des activités ou événements, produits, paniers-cadeaux, services, articles promotionnels ou tout autre cadeau — il n’est pas nécessaire que le prix soit directement lié à votre entreprise.

Dear members,

Due to low attendance (seasonal interests (sports), end of school year, etc.), there will be no Mock Meet on Friday June 12 2026. We will continue with practice that focuses more on fun & technique.

Last day of training (for groups Initiation, Development, Relief & Masters) is Friday June 26.

Wednesday, June 24 (St-Jean) is a holiday (QC) and there will not be any training.

En raison d'une faible participation (activités saisonnières (sportives), fin de l'année scolaire, etc.), il n'y aura pas de compétition d'entraînement le vendredi 12 juin 2026. Nous poursuivrons les entraînements en mettant davantage l'accent sur le plaisir et la technique.

Le dernier jour d'entraînement (pour les groupes Initiation, Développement, Relève, et Maîtres) est le vendredi 26 juin.

Le mercredi 24 juin (Saint-Jean) est un jour férié (Québec) et il n'y aura pas d'entraînement.

Ontario Eastern Regional Championships (May 28-31 2026)
DAY 3 - Recap

The final day of competition did not disappoint. ORCA was represented by three swimmers and true to ORCA pride they gave it everything they had. Adri and Evan found finals for all events swam today. Results will come later tonight for the older boys.

Adriel finishes 6th with a new PB dropping another 3 seconds in the final for the 400m IM.

Evan makes some waves finishing 11th overall (3rd in his final heat) for the 200m backstroke, dropping 5 seconds for a new PB.

Just prior, Evan also swam an awesome 200m Free, dropping a second for a new PB.

Well done gents!!
