Gchi Miigwech to everyone who reached out to buy a ticket for the Hyundai GT Sport to help support the Toke-baa Woodland memorial gathering! I think it’s important that we honour our ancestors and elders while they are still here. I was so honoured to see everyone suit up on Friday for my mishomis (grandfather) Toke-ba, I’m sure he was proud up there, dancing with us.

I was almost ready to postpone because my love couldn’t be there cause of car troubles, but she insisted that the show must go on and that we honour our loved ones as planned. Special thanks to Beedabin and Kylie for picking her up on Hwy 69 and Uncle Craig/Lisa for helping rescue our trailer, twice!

Gchi Miigwech to everyone who helped make this all happen and to those who continue to walk in a good way. Miigwech to my mother for helping with Wraffling off of the car and giveaway, my love Sarain for her constant support, supplying the washboard and blankets from Boycheif (all female owned blanket company) just nvm Pendleton jk. Smouldering Wood for the warclubs.

Gchi Miigwech to Snake Island for singing for our specials, sounding awesome and good songs all around. Miigwech to Stephanie Pangowish for M.C. Duties and holding it down.

Chi Miigwech to Stitch and the pow wow committee for allowing us to have it at the pow wow grounds this year!
