We are looking for a person to provide care to a 16 year old boy in our home for Summer. This child requires some assistance with feeding, dressing, and toileting. Planning activities would also be part of the care requirement, and financial supports for activities will be provided by family. Shifts are various through the week/weekend.
Requirements of the Direct Care Provider/Caregiver:
• Excellent work history and must be dependable
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, or EA Course, Human Service Counsel, or PSW
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to obtain background screenings
• Reliable transportation of your own

There is potential for additional hours as well.
