McMaster Arts for Children

McMaster Arts for Children Welcome to McMaster Arts for Children! Contact us at [email protected] to find out more about us! McMaster Arts for Children is a club that reflects this belief.

Immanuel Kant once described the creation of art as an act of genius. Two hundred years later, we are still not sure why art holds such an esteemed position in our society, but the extensive study of this subject illuminates a common theme: art is important and many share a common propensity towards it. In a world that’s focused on objectivity and rationale, we believe that it is important to provide children with opportunities to pursue artistic endeavours. We could definitely use your passion and skills, be it for children or in art, to help us fulfill our goal. As part of this club, you can volunteer weekly with your peers at one (or more) of our established contacts in the Hamilton community. You can also help us prepare suitable children-based arts curricula for each location. Additionally, we seek to significantly expand our domains this year and invite you to share your innovation, ideas, and leadership qualities.
