We would like to take this time to thank everyone who came out to the 1st Canadian Wing Chun Summit this past Saturday! It was a huge success! It was great to see practitioners from all lineages come together to learn and grow as ONE Wing Chun Family.
Kudos to the presenters, Sifu Tresa Man, Sifu Mark Stoddard, Sifu Chuck O’Neill, and Sifu Asiatic, who all did an amazing job!

We are very excited to announce the “Doing it the Wong Way” video series by Sifu Cliff Au Yeung and presented exclusively by the one and only Wing Chun News!

We would like to thank everyone who came out to the 2nd Annual Canadian Wing Chun Exchange! It was a huge success! We had a great time with friends and also meeting new friends, who came out for the first time! Big shouts to Sifu Mark Stoddard of the North East WIng Chun Association who travelled from the United States with his students! A special thank you 🙏 to Sifu Chuck O’Neill of Revolution Wing Chun for co-hosting the event and being a superb moderator with our very own Sifu Asiatic. The WSLVT Kuen Hok Association of Canada was blessed to be invited to dinner by a senior student of GM Wong Shun Leung, and who was also the first to bring the WSLVT Method to Toronto in the early 1990's. He is known to many as "Big Leung" and honourably Leung Chi Shing. He shared many stories during his time with GM Wong Shun Leung and his experience in teaching the method here in Canada . We are very proud to carry on the tradition that he started!

It has been a very, very busy month for us and The WSLVT Allstar Weekend was a huge success! We made history in Canada, and also in the WSL VT family.
Seeing Sifu Philipp Bayer and Sifu Cliff Au Yeung together was a privilege, and seeing them take the stage was mind blowing.
Witnessing these two fine gentlemen recollect on their past history, and experiences they also shared with their time with the Late Great Wong Shun Leung was priceless. We gained so much insight about the man and his character, and also learned the way that he truly thought about Ving Tsun and his method, first hand by 2 of his senior students.
The WSLVT Kuen Hok Association of Canada presented both Sifu Philipp Bayer and Sifu Cliff Au Yeung with Lifetime Achievement Awards in Preserving, Promoting, and Passing on the traditions of the WSL VT Kuen Hok.

We would like to thank Asiatic Sifu for truly making the impossible, possible.
