UNIVENTURE STUDY PARTICIPANT RECRUITMENT

Are you a 1st or 2nd Year Undergrad Student (18-25 years) at Dalhousie University and interested in participating a Canada-wide study about university students’ experiences?

The Univenture study (DAL REB approval: REB # 2019-4925/ http://maaclab.psychology.dal.ca/index.php/projects/) is looking for 1st and 2nd year Dalhousie undergraduate students (18-25 years) to participate in a survey assessing personality, academic outcomes & challenges, mental health, substance use, injury & risk-taking, and COVID-19.*

Fully completed surveys will be compensated $15 or (if eligible for Dal SONA points), 1 SONA credit point.

*Based on responses to this survey, students may be eligible to participate in the next phase of data collection being conducted by the research team for separate compensation.

Online Study with Regular Gamblers
Do you like to gamble frequently and are you curious about your gambling behavior and how it may affect you?

• Are you 18 years or older?
• Have you gambled at least 3 times in the last 2 months?
• Are you currently gambling (i.e., not abstaining)?

If you answered yes, this research will be interesting for you. We offer you five 10-15 minute sessions in which you will investigate your gambling behavior.
For the first 4 sessions you will be compensated with an Amazon.ca voucher of $5 per session. For the last session you will receive an Amazon.ca voucher of $10.
