DEEP WORK MODE. ๐Ÿ’ปโšก

Build day is *intense*. Teams are focused. Code is flowing. Circuits are live. Brainwaves are being decoded. Mentors are circulating with coffee and unblocked solutions.

This is what 48 hours of pure creation looks like.

And huge thanks to our mentor team!

Come back tomorrow for the finale. ๐Ÿ†

TONIGHT AT 6 PM, IT HAPPENS.๐Ÿš€

๐Ÿ“ LSC C242
๐Ÿ•– 6 PM TONIGHT โ€” KICKOFF
๐Ÿ’ป Bring your laptop. Bring your curiosity.

By tomorrow at this time, you'll be deep in build mode with a team you met 24 hours ago. By Sunday, you'll have built a working BCI application.

This is not hypothetical. This is real. This is happening tonight.

See you there.

Your weekend, play-by-play ๐Ÿ“‹

Friday ๐Ÿš€
6 PM kick-off. Meet your team. First ideas spark. No pressure โ€” just vibe, energy, and 100 smart people in one room.

Saturday ๐Ÿ’ปโ˜•
Build day. Code, debug, test EEG signals. Mentors everywhere. Coffee/breakfast/lunch on us. By evening, your prototype exists.

SUNDAY ๐Ÿ†
Demos. 5 minutes to show judges what you built. Winners announced. Celebration.

One weekend. Real hardware. Real innovation. Real team.

You've got this. See you tonight.

03/15/2026

The room is set. The hardware is gleaming. The mentors are caffeinating.

This is SURGE NeuroHack 2026, 6 days before kickoff. Look at this energy. Look at the vibe. This is what a weekend of pure innovation looks like.

Next Friday, 100+ of you walk through that door. Saturday morning, you're building. Sunday, you're presenting.

Get ready. It's happening. ๐Ÿš€

Plot twist: BCIs aren't sci-fi anymore. They're real. And neurotechnology is one of the fastest-growing fields in tech and medicine.

Next weekend, 100+ students will be building with real EEG hardware. Here's the thing โ€” the best BCI innovations come from neuroscientists, psychologists, and biology researchers who understand why the signal matters, not just how to process it.

If you study neuroscience, psychology, or biology โ€” this event is YOURS. We need your brain. (The biological kind.)

A few spots still available. Registration closes March 18. Come build something that actually matters.

In one week, NeuroHack 2026 launches.

Over 100 students have registered across all disciplines โ€” computer scientists, neuroscientists, designers, business students, psychologists, engineers. Next Friday evening they'll form interdisciplinary teams and spend the next 48 hours prototyping brain-computer interface applications using research-grade EEG hardware.

To everyone registered: come ready to collaborate. The mentors are excited. The hardware is ready. Your team is waiting.

See you next Friday.

Three ways to win big at NeuroHack 2026: ๐Ÿ†

๐ŸŽฏ BEST APPLICATION
Most creative, most impactful, most "wait, you built THAT??"

๐Ÿค– BEST MACHINE LEARNING
Smartest signal processing. Best algorithms. Most innovative ML pipeline.

โš™๏ธ BEST HARDWARE
Most creative build. Most innovative hardware integration.

Every category is legit. Every team has a shot. What are you building?

Meet your new best friend: the EEG headset. ๐Ÿง โœจ

This weekend you're getting hands-on with real brain-reading technology. We're talking:
โ†’ OpenBCI headsets โ€” pick up EEG signals live
โ†’ GTec Unicorn devices โ€” professional-grade neural recording

These aren't simulators. These aren't games. These are the same tools neuroscientists use.

Wear it. Read brainwaves. Build something wild.

March 20โ€“22. SURGE. Link in bio to lock in your spot.
