The students and faculty of Frassati Academy, would love to have you join us for our spring concert on Thursday, May 21, at 6:30 pm in St. Agnes Church.

The concert will include songs and readings conducive to prayer and reflection. It will be centred on themes our students have been reflecting on this year through prayer and song: the joy of praising God, God’s abundant love and grace, the model of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the reality and gift of Jesus’ true presence in the Holy Eucharist, the virtue of Christian charity, and the strength and hope Jesus offers in his resurrection.

It is our hope and prayer that this concert invites you to reflect on these sacred realities through transcendental beauty.

What kind of education forms not just successful students - but good, wise, joyful young people?

At Frassati Academy, that’s exactly what we care about.

2. Parents matter.

We believe parents are primary educators and we partner deeply with families.

3. Joy matters.

Children learn best in an environment rooted in truth, beauty, goodness, and the love of Christ.

🚨Incredible news for Frassati Academy🚨

After nearly a year since applying, we are now officially a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency!

This is a huge milestone in the life of our school.

Charitable status doesn’t just change how we receive donations - it strengthens the foundation of Frassati Academy for the long term.

We can now issue official charitable tax receipts for eligible gifts, making it easier for grandparents, family members and friends to invest in a child’s education and in the mission of Catholic formation.

It also positions Frassati Academy for responsible growth in the years ahead. With greater transparency and accountability, expanded eligibility for foundations and grants, and a clear pathway for legacy giving and major gifts, this milestone marks a new chapter of stability and sustainability for our community.

We are deeply grateful for the support of the Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth as we have worked toward this important step. Their encouragement and partnership have meant a great deal.

Most importantly, this strengthens our ability to form young men and women in faith, wisdom, virtue and as discipleship of Jesus Christ - not just for today, but for generations to come.

If you would like to be part of building the future of Frassati Academy, you can now give at:

www.frassati.ca/give

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, supported and believed in this mission. The work continues - and this is only the beginning.
