Dr. Margherita Cameranesi recently spoke at the Saint Mary's University Halifax Research Speaker series, showcasing why she is such an asset to our department. We learned about her community-engaged, action-oriented research on resilience with newcomers to NS and youths with Type-1 diabetes. She brings our students new opportunities to network with community partners and to learn about participatory, impactful research through innovative qualitative and quantitative methods. Reach out to the FYRe (Finding Your Resilience) lab to learn more!
